Hello Room 10 Families,
We only have one week to go before Holiday Break! This is a short week, but we have a ton going on. Our kids have been working very hard on their most recent writing project. Be looking for their mermaid adventures on their websites! We also will be taking our multiplication tests, finishing Sign of the Beaver, and creating another art project.
Thursday is the final day for donations to the Malawi orphanages that our kids have been supporting. Please make sure to have your donations turned in so that we can get the money where it can do the most good.
Also on Thursday we will be having a p.j. read-a-thon for an end of year AR push. Kids will be allowed to wear their pjs and bring in blankets or pillows to get comfortable and read. After lunch we will celebrate the Holiday with The Polar Express and snacks.
Finally, Friday I will be at Touville Park at 10am to release our salmon friends. Families are welcome to join me there to help let the little guys begin their journey to the sea.
