Devastation in Haiti
Though it has been weeks since the earthquake that devastated the small country of Haiti, much help is still needed. Room 10 and the students of Sams Valley have started a collection jug in the office. Donations from this jug will be given to the Crater International Club, National Honor Society, and Crater Leadership for their HAITI Relief Fund Project. Any contributions no matter how small are needed and appreciated. When I first mentioned this fund in class, I was amazed by the number of students who wanted to donate their cookie and ice cream money.
